POINT PACKAGES & PRICING

At Solace Tanning Studios we use a Point System which enables all customers who own a package the flexibility to use whatever piece of equipment they chose without ever having to pay upgrade fees.

Each piece of equipment takes various "Point Per Minute" (the best bed would take more points than a basic bed).  Each session would use X amount of points, X = Points per Minute times Minutes.

An analogy would be like going to a carnival and the better rides taking more tickets than others.  In this case, the better beds take more points per minute. However, because the beds are better you can normally go for
fewer minutes than you would have to in a more basic bed.

Bottom line is. you only pay for what you use.  In the table below, you can see how the Price per Point decreases from $1.00 per point at a Walk-In to $0.73 per point for the Diamond Package.

New Customer Specials may be used in conjunction with the Referral Program! This means that if it is your first visit to Solace and a Solace customer referred you, you are entitled to 10 New Customer bonus points.  If the person who referred you also has a package at Solace, they will too receive 10 bonus points.

Loyalty System

Renew with any package before your existing package runs out and pay a discounted rate for our Loyalty Points Package. Plus receive lotion discounts that are good for the entire duration that you have the Loyalty Package.

The purpose of this package is to show our appreciation to our loyal customers and give them a discounted rate. Compare the Savings in the Loyalty Pricing to the Regular Pricing.

Point System and Pricing Examples

Example 1:

You own the Silver Package (140 points) and you use the Ergoline 770 (2.25 points per minute) for 7 minutes. Therefore, 15.75 points are used for the single session and 15.75 points will be deducted from your package.

Because you own the Silver Package, a single session of 7 minutes in the Ergoline 770 would cost $13.54. Points per Session (15.75) times Silver Package Price per Point ($0.86). If you did the same session without a package and had the Walk-In Price per Point ($1.00) the session would have cost $15.75.

If you always use the Ergoline 770 and always go for 7 minutes you would get approximately 12 sessions from your Silver Package (140 points). 140 points / 15.75 points per session = 8.8 sessions.

However, this will most likely not be the case as you'll want to try out the different beds/booths and the minutes of your session can/will increase after a few sessions.

 

Note: The number of sessions that you can get from a package will fluctuate based on what bed you use and for how long.

Example 2:

You own the Gold Package (210 points) and you use the Ergoline 500 (1.75 points per minute) for 7 minutes.  Therefore, 12.25 points are used for the single session and 12.25 points will be deducted from your package.

Because you own the Gold Package, a single session of 7 minutes in the Ergoline 500 would cost $9.80 (Points per Session times Gold Package Price per Point). If you did the same session without a package and had the Walk-In Price per Point the session would have cost $12.25.
