Please remember when booking:

1) We require a 24 hour wait period between UV sessions (for example: if you tanned today at 3pm, you would have to book at 3pm or later the following day)

2) We require proof of eyewear from all UV guests. If you do not have eyewear, you can purchase a disposable pair (dated for one-time use) for $1 or a reusable pair for $4.

3) If it will be your first visit to Solace, or your first visit back after 90 days or longer, your UV session will be time-regulated based on provincial regulations.

4) If it will be your first visit to Solace, government-issued photo ID (such as a license, health card, passport, status card, with full legal name and birthdate visible) will be required when filling out your new-client waiver.

All regulations in place are in compliance with the Skin Cancer Prevention Act (ON 2014)

Please call us if you will be more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, so we can try to accommodate another appointment time or room for you. We can't always accommodate early or late appointment arrivals. Our final tan appointments of the day are 30 minutes prior to close.
